Jeff Quimby is currently an Assistant General Manager at the Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) responsible for Planning, Watershed & Lands, and Water Resources.  In this capacity, Mr. Quimby is responsible for the planning activities associated with management of water supply, development of water quality initiatives, conducting long range infrastructure planning for water facilities, protecting the quality and quantity of CCWD’s water supplies, and management of the Los Vaqueros Reservoir and associated watershed and mitigation lands, as well as all other CCWD real property interests.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Riverside and is a registered Civil Engineer. Mr. Quimby began with CCWD in 2000 as an Assistant Engineer and has earned promotions to his current position.
